         Even More

I felt I could touch the sky.
I can't lie,
it was more than I could imagine.
More than anything I once held dear.
My lord my shield,
my comforter and deliverer.
He looked past my faults,
and looked in my heart.
I learned he could fill me,
and uplift me.
Did deeds more than enough.
Did more than overcome,
he healed and renewed me.
He loves me even if I make mistakes.
He always loves throughout,
the dawning of the day,
and the cool evening stars.
My moment was more than,
a first kiss,
it was my first forgiveness.
